SL-Unlimited Responsibilites

All Members

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Comply with all SL-Unlimited policies and practices.
• At all times, act in the best interest of SL-Unlimited.
• Raise any issue and/or concern about unethical behavior of any member or staff member to Chief Administrative Officer(s).

Moderators

• Communicate policies / laws / regulations to new members.
• Report to Administration if there is a breach of laws and regulations.
• Take a leadership role in observing and promoting the behavior and rules/regulation/policies.
• Communicate new ideas, developments to the site with members and propose to the executive Board.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to member’s questions and difficulties.
• Report and discuss member's concerns in 'Staff Discussion Board (hereafter SDB)'
• Inform any deleted or edited posts to SDB and to the associated member.

Administrators

• Take immediate action to solve technical problems and issue prior notice if required and possible.
• Take a leadership role in observing and promoting the behavior and rules/regulation/policies.
• Respond Promptly and appropriately to member’s questions and difficulties.
• Report and discuss member concerns in SDB.
• Inform any deleted or edited posts to SDB and to the associated member.
• Take immediate action if there is a serious breach of laws and regulations.
• Report any action which was taken to the Executive Board.
• Communicate new ideas, developments to the site with members and propose to the executive Board.

Chief Administrative Officer

• Publish all site announcements which issued by Executive Board or Administrative Panel.
• Investigate and judge about member’s r complaint against unethical behavior of staff members and report & recommend to executive board for immediate action.
• Communicate site development / improvement to Administrators and Moderators and support and encourage its implementation.
• Ensure all policies/ laws / regulations are observed.
• Report and discuss member's concerns in 'Staff Discussion Board (hereafter SDB)'.
• Inform any deleted or edited posts to SDB and to the associated member.

Executive Board

• Develop and implement related laws, policies, regulations and procedures.
• Administer all financial issues of SL-Unlimited.
• Research and develop effectiveness, appearance and productivity of the SL-Unlimited.
• Assign or discharge administration, moderators or any other staff members.
• Overall control of SL-Unlimited organization chart.
• Act immediately on for CAO’s report against unethical behaviors of staff members.
• Review and approve all implementations/modifications to the site.
